Our Beginners 5 week course takes people on the following journey:
Week 1: Basic Principles – Get comfy on the water.
Week 2: Turning – You’ll be spinning on a sixpence by the end of this session.
Week 3: Power and Straight lines – A focus on straight line paddling and building power and efficiency of the stroke.
Week 4: Expedition – All the learnings to date will take you on your first expedition paddle around the coast.
Week 5: Games Night – Imagine School Sports Day on Water, trust us, there is method in the madness!
