Our aim is to build a hub in the heart of Bangor to make the most of the beautiful waters surrounding us. SUP provides an easy access, safe and fun way to get on the water.

Initially we will offer;

‘Ready to Ride’ Lessons – A 2hr session aimed at teaching you all the essential techniques you need to get up and paddling as well as covering some wider topics including weather, tides and rescue, all with the aim of giving you the utmost confidence to get out on the water in a safe and informed manner – as that is when you’ll have the most fun!

5 Week Beginners SUP Skills Course – 1hr each week, Whether you are motivated by speed, manoeuvrability, endurance or all of the above, we have sessions that provide laser focus on fine-tuning your technique. Ideal for those that are comfortable on the board and keen to develop their skills further. (If you don’t get wet in these sessions then you aren’t trying hard enough!) #thewetteryougetthebetteryouget

Skills Sessions – For those looking to hone and practice their skills, we will host regular skill development groups for different capabilities and confidences. Whether you want to build speed, stamina, straight-line travel or turning, a five week skills course will see you right.

Social SUP – You like a calm paddle with friends to start or finish the day. Or perhaps you like a bit of activity to balance your Friday night out. Then Social SUP is for you. Come along and join friends and fellow paddlers and put the world to rights.
